Through our websites, we will not collect any personal data about you (e.g., your name, address, phone number or email address), unless you voluntarily choose to provide us with it (e.g., by registration, survey), or have consented to the same, or unless otherwise permitted by applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of your information.

When you visit our website, we may store information relating to how the site was accessed (date, time, pages viewed). This is not personal data, but it is anonymized nevertheless. The information is used solely for statistical purposes. It will not be passed on to third parties for either commercial or non-commercial use.

If a contractual relationship is to be established, drawn up or modified, or if you make an inquiry of us, we will collect, use, and store your personal data (master data) insofar as this is required to enable you to use the web offering (usage data), taking retention periods according the applicable law, if any, into account. Stulz will take reasonable measure to ensure the confidentiality and security of registered personal information provided by users based on the Terms of use, refrain them from potential loss, damage or manipulation.

Please expressly note however that the transfer of data over the Internet (e.g., via e-mail communications) is inherently insecure and cannot be fully protected against third-party access.

Disclosure, deletion, blocking

You have the right, at any time and at no cost, to view information about the personal data we have stored on you, its origin and recipients, as well as why we need to process it; you also have the right to have this data corrected, blocked or deleted. Sharing of information

First, we will sometimes retain other companies or individuals to perform functions on our behalf, such as analysing data, sending mail or E-mail and other functions necessary to our business.
