Data protection

Through our websites, we will not collect any personal data about you (e.g., your name, address, phone number or email address), unless you voluntarily choose to provide us with it (e.g., by registration, survey), or have consented to the same, or unless otherwise permitted by applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of your information.

When you visit our website, we may store information relating to how the site was accessed (date, time, pages viewed). This is not personal data, but it is anonymized nevertheless. The information is used solely for statistical purposes. It will not be passed on to third parties for either commercial or non-commercial use.

If a contractual relationship is to be established, drawn up or modified, or if you make an inquiry of us, we will collect, use, and store your personal data (master data) insofar as this is required to enable you to use the web offering (usage data), taking retention periods according the applicable law, if any, into account. We will not disclose this information unless it is required by the applicable law, or in response to a judicial or official instruction.

Stulz will take reasonable measure to ensure the confidentiality and security of registered personal information provided by users based on the Terms of use, refrain them from potential loss, damage or manipulation.

Please expressly note however that the transfer of data over the Internet (e.g., via e-mail communications) is inherently insecure and cannot be fully protected against third-party access.

Disclosure, deletion, blocking

You have the right, at any time and at no cost, to view information about the personal data we have stored on you, its origin and recipients, as well as why we need to process it; you also have the right to have this data corrected, blocked or deleted. You can contact us at the address given under "Legal information" at any time if you have questions about this or any other matters related to personal data.

Sharing of information

First, we will sometimes retain other companies or individuals to perform functions on our behalf, such as analysing data, sending mail or E-mail and other functions necessary to our business. When we share your information with these companies, we will give them access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but we will not grant them permission to use that information for any other purposes.

Second, we may reveal a user's identity (or whatever information we know about that individual) if we believe that user is harming or interfering with our property, or violating (either intentionally or unintentionally) any law, regulation or our Terms of Use, or any of our rights, including intellectual property rights.

Third, we will reveal information, including personally identifiable information, to the extent we reasonably believes it is required to do so by law.

Fourth, we may transfer information it collects, including any personally identifiable information, in the course of a sale of all or a significant part of the assets of the company or if we enter into an alliance or joint venture with other companies to co-brand, co-market or otherwise promote the sale of our products or services.

Fifth, we may also disclose your personally identifiable information with your prior express consent. If we seek that consent, we will do so unambiguously, explaining precisely what information we seek to disclose, the entity to whom we wish to disclose it, and the purpose for the disclosure.
